Everywhere this week they are talking about the situation of women in the economy, in the family and in society, and I have even heard that some are asking and asking whether this day is necessary in 2022. As someone who participates every day (and most days) in decision-making nodes throughout the economy, it is clear that there is still a huge way to go. Both for society, for us as women and for each of us who is at the intersection of influence out of commitment to the issue. It goes without saying that women excel in decision-making, crisis management, business management, finding solutions and human relations. It’s just that the road is still long and challenging to the destination and like any important issue that requires change – the first step is through awareness and discussion about it.
In our company, women are in all the most important and central positions. We are two-thirds women in a company where more than 50 employees and excellent employees. In the positions of strategy, communication, crisis management and campaigns and initiatives, digital and leading clients from end to end. Our women lead the management, make moves and are involved in the most challenging and complex projects. This is how I and I operate and this is how we have operated since the day the company was founded.
It sounds strange to me to say, but in light of the situation and the figures that are published, it is worth saying it clearly – of course the salary and conditions are completely equal. For this, full credit also goes to my dear partner Itai Ben Horin, and this is how we have acted since the day the company was founded.
