Amir Apple Everywhere this week they are talking about the situation of women in the economy, in the family and in society, and I have even heard that some are asking and asking whether this day is necessary in 2022. As someone who participates every day (and most days) in decision-making nodes throughout the economy, it is clear that there is still a huge way to go. Both for society, for us as women and for everyone
Of us who are at the intersection of influence out of commitment to the issue. It goes without saying that women are super capable
Decision making, crisis management, business leadership, finding solutions and human relations. It’s just that the road is still long and challenging to the destination and like any important issue that requires change – the first step is through awareness and discussion about it.
In our company, women are in all the most important and central positions. We are two-thirds women in a company where more than 50 employees and excellent employees. In the positions of strategy, communication, crisis management and campaigns and initiatives, digital and leading clients from end to end. Our women lead the management, make moves and are involved in the most challenging and complex projects. This is how I and I operate and this is how we have operated since the day the company was founded.
It sounds strange to me to say, but in light of the situation and the figures that are published, it is worth saying it clearly – of course the salary and conditions are completely equal. For that,

In honor of Women’s Day, I was asked to write about 3 women who give inspiration and direction. Women who mark past, present and future and it seems to me that we have something
learn from them.

Brigita is the leader of a medium sized party who finds herself as the prime minister of Denmark.
Beyond the fact that it is a fascinating character and series, Newborn deals with political issues and leading a challenging domestic and foreign policy, at the same time as managing a challenging relationship and family life.
It deals with all issues – economy, security, policy and society, with full leadership, ability and security.
With the development of the character, she also faces additional challenges (no spoilers) without the will and ability to reveal the challenges so as not to reveal a weakness.
She is intelligent, has a vision and integrity and understands the game that a leading woman has to play. She is an impressive leader who manages to dance between the drops and maintain her principles, and the best part is that she does all this while maintaining her femininity and personality.
Neuborn took inspiration from real figures of very successful political leaders in the Nordic culture but also an amazing leader like Angela Merkel or Jacinda Ardern, the prime minister of New Zealand.

I believe (or want to believe) that the girls and boys who are growing up today, or those who are just at the beginning of their life in the world and in the job market, perceive the world better and understand very well that they have no limit, and they have no barrier to reach wherever they aspire to.
I hope that they will be able to look around and see as many women as possible in key positions and think and feel that this is not natural. In the pavilion, in studies, at work, in the media and in general. The message of real being and life is the most powerful and meaningful of all.
I hope that you will meet women in your life who will be an inspiration to you and of course will allow you to study and have the opportunity. Leadership of business, political, public systems. Women with leadership positions and vision.
Those who make decisions, stand up to pressures and are at the forefront of adversity and challenges without blinking. Women as a built-in part of the decision-making table and many of them are placed at the head of the table with the responsibility on them.
The girls of this generation grew up in a world where Men’s Day is not celebrated, but Women’s Day is celebrated. It is pointed out that the equal pay, the equal opportunity, the integration into the economy in the economy and positions of influence are still unclear. The situation is improving but slowly and not enough. It seems that we are on the way to the right place, and luckily we have models of inspiration (although we need more of those), the world and all of us must and must be committed to the issue and promote it persistently and determinedly towards the goal.
